This was one of our most-watched recipe segments so let's bring it to you! Ted Karousas shows us this Pan-Seared Swordfish wrapped in bacon with a clams casino pepper sauce! The ingredients include, 7 or 8 oz. of tuna, bacon, red onion, peppers, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper, cilantro or parsley and lemon or tabasco sauce!
