Starting this weekend, Oct. 28 , viewers in State College, Altoona, Johnstown and surrounding areas of Pennsylvania can watch “RVing Today TV” – for 13 years of the No. 1 weekly RV and Camping lifestyle television show in the country – on Sunday afternoons on WHVL TV.
